Important Notice

Unfortunately, our lift to the New Millennium Chamber requires urgent repairs and is currently out of action.  Our lift contractor is in the process of locating parts to repair it, but this will take some time to source and carry out the works.  The lift is therefore not in use until further notice.

Please understand that this is an issue that is out of our control.  If you are intending to attend an event or meeting in the New Millennium Chamber we would be grateful if you can advise us if you have any attendees with special requirements (i.e. disabled access) as the New Millennium Chamber is only available via the stairs.

A guide to hiring our unique venues in Littlehampton

Littlehampton Town Council offers an attractive choice of venues to organisations, businesses and private hirers. Our two venues, the Manor House (New Millennium Chamber) and Southfields Jubilee Centre, offer facilities in the town of Littlehampton for conferences, meetings, seminars, training sessions, exhibitions, wedding and naming ceremonies to accommodate up to 100 people. 

The Manor House is a Georgian Grade II Listed Building in the heart of Littlehampton.

There is car parking available in a large pay and display car park opposite the Manor House.

New Millennium Chamber

The New Millennium Chamber has its own separate entrance with lift access to the first floor. This room has a grand domed ceiling and oak panelled walls which provides a first-class setting for functions. 

Maximum numbers seated 100, standing 120. Seated with tables 80 (depending on room layout and equipment hired this could be less).

Fleming Room

This room is located on the ground floor and suitable for training, functions and meetings. It is fitted with a projector, screen and hearing loop.

Maximum numbers 35. Seated with tables 16-18.
